- All medical record information from sundhed.dk and specialists/private hospitals since the last medical, as well as updated medical card (FMK)
- Passport or driver's license
- If you wear glasses/contact lenses, you must bring both glasses and contact lenses along with a prescription from an optician or ophthalmologist. If renewing since the last medical, bring a prescription from an optician or ophthalmologist.
- Ved manglende medbragt dokumentation, kan medføre at udstedelse af medical må vente indtil dokumentation kan fremvises

Flyvemedicinsk afsnit på Charlottenlund Privathospital er startet af speciallægerne Eva Lykke og Jacob Fisker i 2025. Efter udannelse som speciallæger i øre-næse-halssygdomme har begge gennemgået EASA godkendt kursus i flyvemedicin og tilbyder fra efteråret 2025 Class 2/LAPL/CC certificering.

Charlottenlund Privathospital tilbyder flyvemedicinske undersøgelser så snart vores certificering fra trafikstyrelsen er opnået. I skrivende stund er denne indsendt og vi regner med - forhåbentligt - at kunne blive certificeret til efteråret 2025.
