Book an Appointment at Charlottenlund Private Hospital

Many of our patients are referred through private health insurance. When booking through your insurance provider, a valid pre-authorisation (guarantee of payment) from your insurer is required.

Once a valid pre-authorisation has been received, we will invoice your insurance company directly, and in most cases there will be no out-of-pocket costs for you.

If you are unsure about your insurance cover or authorisation, please contact us before booking your appointment.

Self-Paying Patients

If you are booking as a self-paying patient, the following guide prices apply for an initial consultation:

• Dermatology: DKK 2,400
• Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT): DKK 2,400–6,000 (depending on the examination)
• Cardiology: from DKK 2,400
• Neurology: from DKK 4,800
• Rheumatology: from DKK 2,400
• General Practice (Family Medicine): from DKK 2,000
• Psychology: from DKK 1,550

Please Note

It is not possible to book appointments using the Danish public health insurance card (yellow health insurance card).

Patients referred through the Extended Free Hospital Choice Scheme (DUF), public tender agreements, or other publicly funded healthcare programmes cannot book appointments online. These appointments are arranged administratively, and you will be contacted directly by our team.
