Our objective is to offer the most cost-effective treatment to all our clients. We ensure that our customers receive the latest promotional deals from manufacturers, and we have several years of experience in providing advice, selection, and examinations before hearing aid treatment. This service is carried out by a university-educated audiologist and an ear, nose and throat specialist, exclusively at Charlottenlund Private Hospital.



The cost covers the hearing test, preliminary examination, a set of hearing aids, fitting, a two-month trial period, extended warranty, and one free adjustment annually for four years.

Accessibility for disabled individuals

The hearing clinic at Charlottenlund Private Hospital can be accessed without the need to climb any stairs. From the corner of Jægersborg Alle and Fredensvej (right at the Meny corner), follow the pavement down along Meny, towards Pakke-Posten, and you will find the rear entrance to Charlottenlund Private Hospital. An elevator will take you to the 3rd floor.

Information on referral to public treatment

The specialist can refer you to a public hospital for treatment. Expect a waiting time of between 6 and 12 months. The devices are available for loan and the treatment is free, but does not offer the possibility of treatment with the best hearing aids.

Information about private treatment

In Charlottenlund Privathospital you can buy hearing aids with a public subsidy. Public subsidy is given if it is the first time you need hearing aids, or if it has been more than 4 years since you last got hearing aids.

Information about the "Pool scheme"

Some specialists offer treatment in a so-called pool scheme. This means that you will be able to receive a free public hearing aid, under exactly the same conditions as described above, only the treatment takes place in a specialist clinic and not in the hospital.


There are strict requirements for hearing and discernment that must be met in order for you to be offered treatment in a pool scheme. This is therefore not offered in the Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic with specialist physician Jacob Fisker or in Charlottenlund Private Hospital.
